Based on your goals and baseline, we build your weekly plan. Training combines in-person sessions with guided workouts in the app. Sleep, nutrition and recovery habits support consistent progress.

From martial arts as a child to competing in CrossFit, training has always given me clarity and focus.

FAQ

  • How is this different from other personal training? - Most personal trainers deliver workouts. Recode90 delivers a system. Training, recovery, nutrition and data are integrated and adjusted as one process.

  • Do I need a gym membership? - Hybrid plans include sessions in a private studio in Kreis 5. If your program includes solo workouts with equipment, you will need gym access.

  • Can we train in my gym? - Yes. If you already have a gym membership and want to train there with a trainer we can arrange that.

  • Do I need to train in person? - Not always. Many clients combine in-person sessions with remote coaching. That's what hybrid coaching model is about.

  • How much does it cost after the trial? - Programs are tailored to each client. Hybrid coaching starts at 390 CHF per month, and remote coaching starts at 139 CHF per month.
